So, I felt my life was in danger because I was dangerously obsessed with peanuts (boiled or dried). I would gladly borrow money from literally anyone simply to buy peanut. Has the capacity to boost immune system thereby protecting one from harmful infections and disease. It has potassium, calcium, sodium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus for strong bones. It is a good source of folic acid for pregnant women. Prevents hair fall. Improves scalp health. Manages weight. And lots more... So basically, it’s safe to eat lots of peanuts.
